1:1 Yoga & Somatics or Mental Health Peer Support
Yoga & Somatic sessions integrate trauma informed Yoga practices and philosophy, embodied and somatic movements, nervous system regulation, psychoeducation, breath work, and self-soothing skills.
My approach is person-centered and collaborative, and I work at a pace that suits you. These sessions are an opportunity to experience the present moment in your body, to build felt sense awareness, to increase distress tolerance and to nurture the connection we have with ourselves.
Peer Support sessions provide an alternative opportunity to access mental health support outside of often oppressive and reductive systems. Sessions focus on what actually serves you in the moment, determined by you, and are built on the foundation of solidarity, mutuality, and shared understanding. I am open to different modalities of expression, whether that's through talking, music, art, writing, or whatever feels most authentic to you in the moment.
When working with body image & eating challenges, I come from a body-neutral perspective, as the notion of loving your body can be overwhelming for some individuals.
Yoga sessions run for 50 minutes via Zoom or at a Yoga Studio and cost $140. Peer Support sessions run for 50min via Zoom or in a walk and talk format and cost $140.

Team Wellbeing
This offering is for businesses that are committed to systems level change to support the ongoing wellbeing of their team.
Even within the most supportive working environments, teams still exist inside of larger systems and structures that influence the emergence of chronic stress, vicarious trauma & burn out.
In team wellbeing sessions we integrate trauma informed yoga practices and philosophy, embodied and somatic movements, nervous system regulation, psychoeducation and breath work.
These sessions are an opportunity for groups to practice present moment awareness, to learn practical stress relief skills and to have the complexities and challenges of their work acknowledged.
